STORE POLICIES
Contact us by email or telephone for returns or defective products.
RETURNS
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) which we
will provide to you before shipping merchandise back to us.
Returns of new merchandise is accepted up to 30 days after purchase for full merchandise refund.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
If you received FREE Shipping on your original order (which exceeded $100.00 in merchandise)
and returning merchandise brings your total order under the $100 minimum then normal shipping
charges would be applied against the returned merchandise refund.
Extended returns: Purchases from November 1 to December 31 may be returned through January 31.
Returned merchandise must be New, Unopened, Not Played with, Shrink wrap still on, Clam shells unopened to receive refund.
Refund to your credit card will be issued promptly once we receive the merchandise back to our store.
Returned merchandise should be packaged securely in a strong box.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking numbers/delivery
confirmation so you can insure that your package does get delivered to our store.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Returned merchandise that has been opened (shrink wrap removed, played with, parts missing, damaged, worn, clam shell packaging opened) and/or not resellable as new merchandise will incur a restocking fee of 35%.
REFUSED PACKAGES
Packages REFUSED by customer when delivered by UPS, Post Office or Fed EX will incur a $10.00 Handling Fee. Additionally packages REFUSED by customer may not make it safely back to our business.
We are not responsible for REFUSED packages that become lost.
DEFECTIVE
We will promptly send new parts or replace defective merchandise at our option. Provide us a clear, detailed description of defective or missing parts
or problem with merchandise.
In the case of missing Jigsaw Puzzle Pieces customer must contact the manufacturer. This is the manufacturer's policy. We will provide manufacturer contact information.
PACKAGING ..... WEB SITE PHOTOS
Manufacturers can and do change packaging and game specifications ever so slightly from time to time. The products we sell are all NEW and the latest editions or revisions currently being shipped by the manufacturer. On occasion a photo on our web site or product description may be slightly different than the newest product being shipped. We do not consider products defective or misrepresented under these circumstances.
SHIPPING ERRORS
If we ship the wrong item we will promptly reship the correct item and pay for return shipping of wrong items. You will incur no additional costs.
NO SHIPPING TO CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES
There is NO Shipping to Correctional Facilities. Almost all get returned to us. This costs you the customer shipping charges both directions and NO product. Most Correctional Facility's requirements are too complex, too strict and exceptionally time consuming.
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to all Massachusetts addresses will have 6.25% State Sales Tax added to the merchandise total.
SHIPPING
Most Orders ship by United Parcel Service UPS (Brown Trucks) or by United States Postal Service (USPS).
UPS (the Brown Trucks) do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
