Tangoes Blue Red is based on a Chinese puzzle (Tangram Puzzle) that is over 4000 years old. A Tangram is always a square that is divided into 7 specific pieces. Each player has 7 shaped pieces. Use all 7 pieces to recreate an image on a card. If you get stumped the solution is provided.
Each game comes with two sets of colored tiles, 54 puzzle images, and a case to hold the game. Tangoes can be played solitaire or with an opponent. Expansion sets are also available providing dozens of new puzzles and challenges. Great for spacial relations and visual perception skill development. Ages 8 thru adult.
Tangoes Blue Red Set comes with Card Set #1. (All Tangoes Sets regardless of color come with Card Set #1). Consider purchase of additional card sets #2, #3, #4 etc. to expand the puzzle's possibilities. Tangoes Blue Red Set is sometimes referred to by the manufacturer as the Original or Classic Set. Tangoes is a trademarked "nickname" given by a specific manufacturer for the ancient Tangram Puzzle.
