Qwirkle is the game of discerning color and symbol patterns. Qwirkle players must look for identical symbols with dissimilar colors OR same colored blocks each with a unlike shapes. Qwirkle is somewhat similar to Scrabble. Strategy involves both the tiles in an individual's hand combined with the grid of tiles already played on the table. Strong plays with high point value require a smart game plan. There are so many potential possible plays on every turn.
Tiles come in six colors: red, orange, yellow, blue, green and violet. Each tile has one of six symbols: diamond, square, 8 sided star, 4 sided star, circle, and flower.
Perfect thinking game for ages 7 to 137 years, 2 to 4 players. Average game time 30 to 40 minutes.
Includes 108 wooden blocks, and easy-to-understand instructions. NO game board. Play of any flat surface.
