Inverse is a thought provoking new strategy game newly released in 2008. Inverse is a two person game of construction and obstruction. The person who is no longer able to place one of their pieces on the board loses the game. Requires a lot of scrutiny and planning on your turn. Game usually takes less than 5 minutes. Each player starts with the same exact five wooden pieces. On each turn place one of your pieces on the board. There are three restrictions on placing pieces. 1.) Same colors cannot touch 2.) Same color pieces cannot be placed on the game board in the same position (upright, flat or on its side). So if your opponent places the thin yellow piece flat on the board, you would have to place your yellow piece on its bottom or side thin edge. 3.) Same height pieces may not touch.
