In each situation players must use the four different 'foliage-design' pieces to cover ALL the animals with the exception of those shown in the guide. Puzzle Challenge #1 requires covering every animal except 5 elephants. Puzzle Challenge #22 requires 1 Elephant, 1 Zebra and 1 Rhinocerous to be visible, all the other animals must be hidden. The four puzzle pieces can fit in any of the four puzzle quadrants in any of four different orientations. This is a very addictive puzzle. The challenges progress up through 4 levels of difficulty. Although the manufacturer recommended ages 7 & up, bright 5 & 6 year olds will easily understand the objective of this puzzle.
