Proverbidioms Four: Who Missed the Boat? is the fourth in a series of some of the most entertaining and engaging puzzle posters (NOT a jigsaw puzzle) ever created. There are several hundred common sayings and everyday proverbs hidden within the picture. List at bottom of print is key to all the common sayings. Can you find, "Pull oneself up by the bootstraps" OR "Liar, liar, pants on fire" OR "Make a long story short" OR "Beat around the bush".
There are over 200 sayings to discover. Work the puzzle in one of two ways. Take a written saying from the list at the bottom of the poster and see if you can find the corresponding image with the poster. OR, Look at the poster and see if you can come up with the correct saying which matches and individual image. Proverbidiom artwork has been created over the past many years by artists Thomas Breitenbach. The first Proverbidiom work came out in 1975.
