Gobblet Game : Strategy

Gobblet is a very easy to learn, yet tricky to master strategy game for 2 players. The object is to line up four pieces of your color in a straight row (horizontal, vertical, diagonal). On one's turn a player can either place one of his pieces on the game board, OR move one of his pieces one space in any direction. There are four size, hollowed-out pieces. The larger pieces can gobble up the smaller pieces. First time players are always amazed at the variety of possible moves at any point in the game. Remembering what lurks underneath each piece is a big help in securing a win. All wood construction. Convenient storage for game pieces in game base. Sliding wood cover.
