Zip-It is the 2 player crossword race game developed by the makers of the wildly successful Bananagrams Game. This is a fast paced crossword making game played in 10 or more rounds.
Players divide the 24 dice evenly and at a signal begin simultaneously to use all of their dice. First player to use all their dice wins round one. Use the colored zippers to keep track of each round won by moving the zipper up one number according to the markings on the bag. After each round combine all dice, shuffle and redistribute 12 dice to each player. One of the interesting features of this game is players can consider all six sides of every dice. (Where did I see that letter "J"?). First player to win 10 rounds wins the game.
Dice are a bright ivory, 5/8 inch width, with dark brown embossed (long-lasting) letters. Cloth storage bag is compact 6.5 inches by 3 inches. The game is great for travel. Perfect on small table spaces. Fits easily into purse, backpack even pants pocket.Played with 2 players. Recommended for ages 12 to 137 years. A round might last 10 seconds to a few minutes.
Includes small "Weird Words" booklet for suggestions (when not in the middle of a game). Can you think of a word that has a "Q" but no "U"?
